  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

s1ntra.com enforces a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly submit infringing material may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.

5. No Duty to Monitor

s1ntra.com has no obligation to monitor, pre-screen, or actively review user content. Action is taken only upon receipt of valid legal notices.

6. Trademark Complaints

DMCA procedures apply only to copyright. Trademark complaints must be submitted separately with proof of ownership and clear identification of the allegedly infringing use.

Final note: If s1ntra.com operates in or targets the U.S., this version is the minimum legal standard. Anything less exposes you to loss of DMCA safe-harbor protection.
